Who we are?
Specialized Hospital for Safe Motherhood Hospital (SMSH )is specialized hospital under umbrella of YFCA, in Republic of Yemen /Sana`a /sawan city, with an aim at providing comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical services for women and children and we contribute in medical student training.
SMSH was officially established in 2004 with funding from Yemeni Family Care Association(YFCA) as a component of the Safe Motherhood Project implemented during the period 2002-2007.
SMSH got quality control certificate (ISO 9001) in 2018, so that the hospital is keen on providing high quality medical services by attracting a distinguished elite of consultants and specialists, and providing health care for mothers and children according to a developed health system.
Vision:
To be a distinguished reference hospital for developing and providing preventive and curative maternity and child medical care services in addition to medical students training in accordance of highest quality standards.
Mission:
Providing distinguished and safe health services in the field of comprehensive maternity and childhood with high quality and the lowest costs through qualified medical staff by using the latest medical guidelines and contribute in medical education in Yemen.
